Alimentary Curriculum

The Alimentary Curriculum studies methods for selecting foods and for exploring their effects on humans and animals. In addition to the common path provided in the study plan, the curriculum provides graduates:

  • knowledge of food biochemistry and immunology applied to the food industry;
  • knowledge about genetics and manipulation of plant genomes, major biotechnologies for food security and about foods Mycotoxicology.
